Waikato-Tainui Te Kauhanganui Incorporated (WTTKI) manages and distributes income for the collective benefit of approximately 57,000+ registered Waikato-Tainui tribal members.

Income is distributed in the areas of education, health and well-being, Marae, social and cultural development.

WTTKI is the mandated iwi authority for Waikato-Tainui and successor to the Waikato Raupatu Trustee Company Ltd, and the Tainui Maaori Trust Board.

Waikato-Tainui's tribal parliament Te Kauhanganui is the sole trustee of the tribal group and has over 190 members - representation of 68 Marae associated with the Waikato Raupatu Claims settlement finalised with the Crown in 1995.
