There are eight taurahere roopu who are affiliated to Waikato-Tainui through membership on the tribal register, participation in tribal events, and as supporters of the Kiingitanga. These roopu are located in: Wellington; Christchurch; Dunedin; Invercargill; Brisbane; Melbourne; Sydney; and Perth.
